1. Eligibility & Location (State Availability) Our medical services are provided exclusively to individuals who are physically located in California or Washington at the time of the telehealth visit. By using our services, you represent and certify that you meet this requirement. We do not provide medical services outside these jurisdictions.
2. Medical Disclaimer (No Physician-Patient Relationship) The content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Use of this website does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only after (a) a telehealth appointment is scheduled, (b) required intake and consent forms are completed, and (c) clinical services are initiated. 3. No Emergency Services Our services are NOT for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

5. Payments & Cancellations This is a cash-only/self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. Payment is due as specified at the time of service. You agree to comply with our cancellation and no-show policy as disclosed during the intake process.
